La Foire Internationale de Rouen Thème « Médiéval »

Chaque année, la Foire Internationale de Rouen présente plusieurs salons simultanément avec un salon vedette sur une surface de 42 000 m² dont 22 000 m² sous halls, accueillant ainsi plus de 650 exposants. Du 28 mars au 6 avril 2014, le salon vedette sera New York.

Le Dimanche 30 Mars, le Thème Médiéval sera à l'honneur sous le hall de l'entrée principale. 90% des visiteurs passeront par ce hall en entrant et 18 000 visiteurs sont attendus ce jour-là .
Une communication promotionnelle spécifique sur cette journée médiévale sera mise en place par les organisateurs de la foire. Nous vous demandons des photos de vos activités pour la création de l'affiche et du programme.
Il y aura un podium et un animateur qui annoncera le programme des prestations que vous souhaitez présenter (Musiciens, magiciens , comédiens , etc ).... . Possibilité de déambulations de "personnages costumés". Une zone extérieure pourra accueillir des tentes et une lice de combats, juste à l'entrée de la Foire.

SÂ’il y a vente : le coût de l'emplacement est de 51 euros HT ( TVA 19,6%, cela fait 61 euros TTC ). Tarif négocié FFM....

Stands gratuits si il n'y a pas de vente.

Stand de 6m² comprenant les prestations suivantes : Stand équipé comprenant cloisons, poteaux, bandeau, une enseigne, un rail de spots, un coffret avec une puissance électrique de 500W Pack Expo : droit d'inscription, responsabilité civile, 20 cartes d'invitation, 3 cartes exposants.
En supplément : Table (220x70cm) 20,00 € HT , Chaise 10,00 € HT , Kit mobilier (1 comptoir + 1 tabouret haut) 180,00 € HT, Module supplémentaire de 6m² 51,00 € HT.

LÂ’accès au parking des exposants (avec gardien) se fera à partir de 8h00 , la foire ouvre au public à 10h00 et ferme à 19h00. Démontage à partir de 19h00.

Public concerné : - Artisans exerçant leur métier - Artisans bénévoles faisant partie intégrante de compagnies médiévales. - Des compagnies médiévales peuvent installer une tente ou deux (en extérieur).
Elles peuvent organiser des combats. Mais dans le cadre du bénévolat, pas de défraiement prévu par les organisateurs de la Foire. Peut générer une publicité gratuite pour les associations participantes. De plus, les médias de la région communiquent chaque année sur leur stand « coup de cÂœur ».

Every year, the International Fair of Rouen presents several shows simultaneously with a principal show on a surface of 42 000 m ² among which 22 000 m ² under halls, so welcoming more than 650 exhibitors. From March 28th till April 6th, 2014, the principal show will be New York.

Sunday, 30 Mars, 2014, the Medieval Theme will be for the honor under the hall of the main entrance. 90 % of the visitors will pass by this hall by entering and 18 000 visitors are expected this day.

A specific promotional communication on this medieval day will be organized by the organizers of the fair. We ask you for photos of your activities for the creation of the poster and the program.

There will be a podium and an presenter who will announce the program of the performances which you wish to present (Musicians, magicians, comedians, etc.). Possibility of wanderings of " dressed up characters ". An outside zone can welcome tents and one area of fights, just in the entrance of the Fair.

If there is sale: the cost of the location is 51 euros HT (VAT 19,6 %, it makes 61 euros TTC). Negotiated price rate FFM....

Free stands(pits) if there is no sale.

Stand of 6m ² including the following services : equipped stand including partitions, posts, headband, a brand, a rail of spotlights, a casket with an electric power of 500W
Pack Exhibition: registration fee, civil liability, 20 invitation cards, 3 cards exhibitors.
In supplement: table (220x70cm 20,00 HT, Chair 10,00 HT, movable Kit (1 counter + 1 high stool) 180,00 HT, additional Module of 6m ² 51,00 HT.

The access to the parking lot of the exhibitors (with guard) will be made from 8:00 am, the fair opens to the public at 10:00 am and farm at 7:00 pm. Dismantling from 7:00 pm.

Concerned public: - craftsmen exercising their job - voluntary Craftsmen being an integral part of medieval companies. - medieval companies can install a tent or two (outdoor).
They can organize fights. But within the framework of the voluntary work, no defrayal planned by the organizers of the Fair. Can generate a free publicity for the participating associations. Furthermore, the media of the region communicate every year on their "very favorite" stand .
